My recent new tenant experience #landlord #realestate
Description
I had a recent tenant move in and sign a lease, despite it being another cashflow revenue stream, there are always bottlenecks. The city past a new leadsafe law that requires it to be renewed every 2 years which is kind of annoying, but that's how things work it's always a cost of doing business. They're all settled in, I've turned down maybe 6 potential tenants because I'm picky but most importantly I was waiting on God, when we wait on God he gives us the best situations, best opportunities that is beyond what we could've asked for. The right person that needed this the most will be here and that's the feeling I got when I moved forward with this new tenant.
