I had to share this with you all because I just had this conversation with my neighbor and I was thinking about this for a bit, pretty much we were talking about our rentals, we both recently rented our units, mines been sitting on the market longer about 6 months, his maybe 1-2 months, he received higher rent that I had and got his rented quicker, and this is one of the moments where you have to decide whether I should be happy for him or feel disappointed in myself.
