Description

I am grateful for home ownership, I own a multi family which I'm able to rent part of my house to families in need. Tenants I had in the past were in bad situations and needed a hand, it so happens on their last day when they had almost nothing left. Being grateful gets our brain to think and react differently. There will be people that feel like they are way ahead of you and people that feel they are behind you, but everything has its time to God's plan and designs. We have to trust the process of when it happens we know we are ready for it. If you get an opportunity too early that you are not ready for you may end up losing it too quickly, that's why we have to be patient and trust in God. Christ never leave us or forsake us in our times of needs, just requires a bit of wait sometimes. All you can do in meantime is prepare yourself. If you're looking for a home, get your down payment money in order, understand how expensive the home mortgage will be, get your credit score up by pay smaller payments out the way (no need to accelerate the large payments like for student loans), keep your eyes out on the market as well to see where renters are moving to if you are buying a multi family. As part to help myself and others I am starting this 21 day challenge to unlock that potential in our minds. If I can do it so can you, if you can do it so can I. Let's do it!!
